Individuals or companies from the following countries are not eligible for a digital account: Belarus, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Burundi, North Korea, Cuba, Iran, Iraq, Libya, Nicaragua, Pakistan, Central African Republic, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Republic from Lebanon, Republic of Mali, Russia, Somalia, Sudan, Syria, Venezuela, Yemen and Zimbabwe.
